• I really enjoyed taking these online classes. I have been out of school for four years now and am slowly making the transition back to the classroom. By taking these classes I feel like I am ready to jump back into the swing of things. The courses were very informational and useful. After completing each lesson I was eager for the next. • Going into this course I didn't really have much knowledge in having a business and didn't know where to start. Now that the course is complete I am confident that I can begin my own business in a organized manner so that it can grow to provide myself blissful employment while earning a living.
• The course, Start Your Own Small Business was an excellent synopsis of all the steps that should be taken and reviewed prior to starting a small business. The assignments were valuable in assisting with course understanding and practice. The completed assignments can be directly applied to the business you want to start. The references section at the end of each lesson provided additional guidance and information about the chapter topics. I am still undecided about whether to start a small business, but the course gave me step by step instructions on how to select and successfully proceed to start a small business. Kris Solie-Johnson was responsive to the discussion area questions. I enjoyed her course material.
